BWML's proposed developments, according to plans shown to village
residents in August 2007, all lay within the Conservation Area (shaded
lavender):
- jetty extension and major reworking to accommodate almost
twice as many boats (perimeter of new jetties shown in red); toilet,
shower block and pumpout
(turquoise) are all claimed by BWML as permitted development
and so not needing planning permission
- chalets (yellow); caravan park (orange); offices,
shops, units, possible cafe and amenity block (pink); car park
(black); new hard standing (brown)
